I can be very lazy and often forget to take my supplements (which my doctor has instructed me to take every day). I therefore made two promises to my boyfriend. One, that I would take my supplements every day without exception, and two, that I would send him a message confirming that I took them. However, due to my laziness, I failed to keep this promise many times and was punished thoroughly for it. Implements used: hand, mini paddle, tawse, cane, jumprope.
